morning PE was damn hiong today.. 2rds warm up + 2.8km.. yes 2.8 i din type wrongly.. rawr.. kokwee says it'll help us build up stamina to cfm can pass 2.4.. passing time for 2.8 was 14min.. but i was well over.. 15.22=.= ok my stamina realli sucks.. den 2 sets of 8 pull-ups.. plus SBJ trg..

oh btw its my pw groupmate Ying Chyi's bdae today!! Happy Birthday YC!! (:

self training wasnt productive cos we din realli have much space to train.. n we were too occupied wif de IJ and NJ soccer match @.@ trg ended like 4+.. went bath n went home.. super tired~
