another freaking hot day.. maybe is becos i tio sunburn.. but i think everyone can feel de heat today.. morning wake up early to go CHS trg again.. made me even more tired.. did onli 棍 den other time all for grp events.. both 集体拳and集体刀CMI.. cos cant coordinate properly.. hope it'll be better by grp events day.. needa train more.. went to eat pastamania for lunch b4 gng home..

went home bathed liao wan go watch tv.. watch less dan 1omin den bth go slp liao.. slp frm 3.3o to 7.. den wake for dinner.. Earth Hour now.. din off my light.. feel so bad.. haha..
